To check BIOS setting, boot into the BIOS menu and verify all the setting below:

If your OS Raid is not set and you require to set the OS back to RAID. Go to:
- Advanced > Mass Storage Controller Configuration >sSATA Controller (Port 0- 5), Change AHCI Capable sSATA Controller to RAID MODE
BIOS Setting in BMC Web Console
Log into the BMC web console. Once log in, select the BIOS configurations tabs on the far right.
On the left is your configuration tab. Select the following tab to go to the setting to enable or disable the settings.
- Intel ® Hyper-Threading Tech and Intel ® Virtualization
BIOS Configurations > Processor Configuration
Use the first drop-down box to select Hyper-Threading Tech or Virtualization. Use the second drop-down box to Enable or Disable the configuration. Select save for each configuration setting change
- CPU Power and Performance Policy, Workload Configuration, CPU P State Control, and CPU C State Control
BIOS Configurations > Power n Performance
Use the first drop-down box to configuration setting you want to change. Use the second drop-down box to select the configuration
- Performance
- I/O Sensitive
- Enhanced Intel SpeedStep ® Tech: Enabled
- Intel Configuration TDP: Disabled
- Intel ® Turbo Boost Technology: Enabled
